The Delhi Technological University (DTU) after being accorded the university status is proffering to provide its students every basic necessity that an engineering college needs and it is in this regard that the university is heading towards conducting first international conference on the topic New Frontiers in Bio-fuels on January 18 -19, 2010. Chief Minister of NCT, Delhi, Sheila Dikshit has consented to be the chief guest and will inaugurate the occasion at 10:00 a.m. at Stein auditorium, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road. "The International conference on bio-fuels aims to provide a platform to facilitate exchange of ideas and experience among scientists involved in various segments of bio-fuel research," said an official press release fromthe university.
Researchers, academicians, industry professionals and policy makers from various parts of the globe including United States, Brazil, Germany, Thailand, Malaysia, Tanzania, Iran and Korea, to mention some, are participating in the conference, which eavours to awareness on economically viable, state-of-the-art bio-fuel technologies developed in the recent times.
